We have two studio located at Bukit Serdang are ready to welcome you. Each studio come with 5,600 square feet studio floor, up to 1,108 square feet makeup and dressing rooms, 760 square feet breakout area and up to 800 square feet master control room (including production control room and audio control room) for production usage. Visual Three Studio is a one-stop production facility that's available for both local and international film, television and advertising industries.


In case you didn’t know, this is a film location suitable for any scale of production from Online Video Content to TV or Movie series, we offer the most flexible space for filmmakers and production team from planning to building up the actual studio set, film stage or green screen.​

Studio Facilities



Studio Floor





Approximately 5,600 sq. ft. studio floor with 33 ft. height from truss to floor, sound absorption wall, lighting grids and 80 Horsepower Air-conditioning System to keep you and your client cool anytime.




800 Amp building power





The 800Amp building power is specifically designed for production use. It caters for Audio, Lighting, Multi-Camera Production, building's air conditioning system and other utilities. We only count based on what you used in order to keep your production cost as efficient as possible.



PRODUCTION ROOMS





The rooms for people who work behind the scene - Production Control Room and Audio Control Room.




Large access door





The large access door ease the props team to loading or unloading while doing set up. Besides, it's also for vehicle access purposes to ease the production team who are shooting vehicle.



BREAKOUT area





Special facilities for your special guests, our studio come with Elevator, Prayer Rooms (Surau), Breakout Area and Free Parking for your team to utilise.
